Whats going to happen, whats this 3 month cut?

In a nutshell:

I work out very heavily, and also do a couple days of cardio per week. I'm in the gym all but 2 days of the week. Why make a blog? motivation. I want to see if I can trim up my midsection and keep the muscle. As a background:

I split bodyparts based on days. My max bench is 300. Max Bent Row is 245. I havent squatted in months, as in the summer I work out in my garage and have two bench days a week, which is what it took to get me from 265 in march of 09 to the 300 mark. Before I get spammed by haters who think i'm not hardcore because I havent squatted since last winter: I'm drug free. My body gets beat to hell when I do leg days, because I go to failure as much as possible, and it takes too long to recover from those squat days, and throws off everything else. And honestly, whenever I do hard leg workouts for a period of 5-6 months it just makes my pants fit funny.

anyways, I'm back in a normal gym now as its getting cold, and I have more room for variety. And i need a challenge in front of me since indiana winters freaking blow, so my goal is to get down to 200-205 range. 20 pounds to lose.

So whats going to be put on the blog?

A picture every week, along with a picture of the scale showing my weight. I'll do this part at a consistent day/time.

I plan on posting what my workout was, along with a rough synopsis of what I ate. I can't write down every freaking calorie, so thats as good as its going to get. To help myself out, I'm cutting salt COMPLETELY out of my diet. Any salt I get will be from whatever food I'm eating and not extra, because I use way too much of the stuff. I'll be doing 3 days of cardio, and three days of bodybuilding, with sundays off because hey, thats when football is on.

I'll list the supplements I take, although that doesnt really change: ZMA, Pre-workout drink, protein shakes. pretty basic, but i'm cheap.

I'll be starting dec. 7th, as the prior week i will be out of town and be using as a week off of lifting/exercise, so i'm better prepared for the 3 months.

And knock on wood, i'll be in a good position afterwards to maintain a more lean body and lower body weight.

see you in 3 weeks!
